The reservation is non-refundable / non-cancellable. A minimum reservation of 24 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT:

• If you have a stroller or large item, please ask in advance to check availability. Space is limited.
  
• All Kids Guests over the age of 1 must have a park ticket. All ages welcome. Children ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult.
  
• If you pay by card charge will be in MXN $2,200.00 per person, aprox $125USD, It depends on the exchange rate of the day.
  
• The free shuttle departs promptly at 9:00 a.m. If you miss it, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to PAIPAI. Private transportation is available outside the cruise terminal.
